Color Trip , 2011, presented by the Brooklyn Arts Council  Manning offers her listening skills and invites the audience to share a story of color association with her. The participant receives a stamp from her costume upon completion.

  Cut & Burst , October 28, 2011, 81 Orchard Street @ Hester, Lower East Side, NYC   Throughout the performance Manning cuts crumbles and chunks of powdered chalk from her garment and throws them at the wall. Her actions are choreographed to a composition of cell phone notification alerts designed by sound artist Michael Durek.

  Smash, Crumble and Grind,   October 10 - 30, 2011, 81 Orchard Street @ Hester, Lower East Side, New York City  Manning wears a garment constructed out of 56 rabbit shaped chalk pieces. Throughout the process-based performance she cuts fabric and chalk pieces from the dress to create drawings. The transformed materials become an installation in the gallery.

   What is DUMBO , Oct 1, 2009, presented by the Brooklyn Arts Council, Brooklyn, NY, as part of the First Thursday Gallery Walks   What is DUMBO  is a site-specific, process-based performance Manning interprets the DUMBO neighborhood through subjective observations. While wearing a special garment, she tears, draws on and pins swatches of paper and cardboard continually for an hour to create a sculptural clothesline.
